Have had several times. Had a few hiccups with this delivery. No fault of Hilltop all down to courier. Amazing customer service. Simon called me every morning to see if delivered.
Normally delivered next day so just one of those things. Great food and a great company. Will definitely buy again.

5* Our Ridgeback Molly had become quite fussy on her dry food. We tried a lot of different toppers but nothing was working. I called Hilltop and what a surprise great advise a no time limit conversation about Molly and what she had been eating and generally her habits. We took Hilltops advice after being offered samples which is a great idea but we went for a bag. Molly is now having grain free Salmon and is eating her dinners which was my main concern but further more Molly looks great her skin is in great condition and she is putting on some steady weight. Thank you Hilltop for caring to listen to Mollys issues but supplying a top quality food. What more can you ask Amazing customer service and great food Molly loves. ! Defo recommend Hilltop for both great food and a very caring customer service.

Honey has settled well on this dry food, I can't thank you both enough for all the help and support you have given me. She seems very happy with it. The only down side is that her poos are massive but they're not runny anymore, thank God 🤣 definitely recommend Hilltop, they're the best!!

After searching for a suitable replacement food for our very fussy SBT after a major brand stop supply to the UK, we found Hilltop grainfree.
After helpful advice regarding the content I made the order. Fast delivery and well packaged.
On opening the packet Sennen dived in to sniff and explore. Usually he will sniff, maybe take a piece, then spit it out and walk away. Not with this. He took a piece, looked at me and dropped it. I gave permission and he ate it . Since then, meal tjmes are easy. He is do taken eith it we use the kibble as his training treats.
What more can we ask for. Superb.
ps at our recent vets visit she wanted to know more about the nutrition aspect of Hilltop. She contacted the company and subsequently emailed myself to say she was impressed. 5 star!

My dog had pancreatitis and also a chicken allergy and it’s been hard to find a reasonably low fat tasty and healthy food which does not have chicken in it. I also l love that it has supplements which are helping her joints. She is nearly 12 years old dalmatian and has arthritis and since starting this food she seems younger, fitter and her joints seem much better. so much so I am debating whether she still needs her librela injections. Thank you. I also like that it is developed locally and appears very freshly made.
